The City of Kellogg, Idaho (Owner) is soliciting Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) per Idaho Code 67- 2320
to provide Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) services for the construction of a Public
Works Shop building that will include vehicle and equipment service bays (general maintenance, pit and
wash), supporting interior facilities (restroom, office, clean room, storage, HVAC and oil-water separator),
supporting exterior facilities (fuel tanks, parking and materials laydown area), and public infrastructure
(electricity, gas, water, sewer and stormwater). The site is a 14,550 square foot property along E Portland
Ave., across from the current Public Works Shop locate at 405 E Portland Ave.
The chosen construction manager representative shall be subject to Idaho Code 54-4511 and shall be
responsible for complying with all public notice and bidding laws for subcontractors.
Submittals for the construction of the Project will be received at the City of Kellogg located at 1007
McKinley Avenue, Kellogg, ID 83837, until Monday, March 16, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. Pacific Time.
