Paul Twidt - Police Department 

 

Paul Twidt has served as Chief of Police for the City of Kellogg since October 2022. Chief Twidt previously served as a Sergeant for the Kellogg Police Department and has worked for the Kellogg Police Department since February 2001.  He oversees a Police Department consisting of seven patrol officers, one animal control officer and a secretary. He is responsible for all law enforcement issues within the City of Kellogg. 

Chief Twidt is also the Public Records custodian for the Police Department. Requests for Public Records from the Police Department should be directed to him.

Mike Fitzgerald, P.E. - Public Works Director

Mike joins the City of Kellogg after serving as the Chairman of the Board of Commissioners in Shoshone County for the past 7 years. Mike has also owned and operated his own civil engineering firm since 2006.  Mike's is responsible for the  budgeting and leadership of our Public Works Department including our sanitation, streets, sewer collection system, parks & recreation, cemetery and our pool.

 Bobbyjean Jurkovich - City Clerk/Treasurer

 Bobbyjean oversees the front office operations from day to day. If you have any questions, please feel free to call or email.

 Bobbyjean is also the Public Records Custodian for all City records other than Police, Building, Planning & Zoning.

Rod Plank - Project Manager

Rod joined the City Administration team in February of 2017 to oversee the Sewer & Road Rehabilitation project.  He was a member the Kellogg City Council from 2013 to 2017, served as the Chairman of the Public Works committee and was a member of the Personnel, Building & Planning, IT and McKinley Ave committees. Rod was a member of the Kellogg Police Department from 2000 to 2007 where he served as the Assistant Chief of Police before joining the Shoshone County Sheriff's Office where he was the Undersheriff from 2008 until 2017.
